In short: Feelflex works offline and needs no account. Your moods, journal entries, gratitude notes, and other records stay on your device. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal information, including anything about your mood, sleep, or wellbeing.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Feelflex: Mood Tracker Journal (the “App”), developed by InnoWebMinds (“we”, “us”, “our”), handles information when you download and use the App on your Android device. The App is a personal mood tracker, private journal, and self-care habit tool. We know the information you record can be very personal, and we have designed the App so that it stays with you. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal information. Feelflex does not require you to create an account or sign in, and it does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or contacts. We do not operate a server that receives your moods, journal entries, sleep information, or anything else you record. Nothing you record in the App is sent to us.
3. Data Stored on Your Device
To let the App work the way you expect, it saves the following information locally on your device:

This information is not uploaded to our servers. If you uninstall the App or clear its storage from your device settings, it is permanently removed unless you have made a backup (see Section 5). Because we hold none of your data, we cannot recover it for you if it is deleted or if your device is lost.
4. Privacy Protection Features
- PIN lock: you can protect access to the App with a PIN. Your PIN is stored on your device. Because we do not hold your data or your PIN, we cannot reset it or recover entries for you if you forget it.
- Recent-apps preview: you can hide the App’s content in your device’s recent-apps preview.
- Home screen widget and shortcuts: the streak widget and quick shortcuts are shown on your home screen. They are visible to anyone who can see your screen.
5. Backup, Restore, and Export
The App lets you back up and restore your data using a file you choose, export your journal data as a CSV file, and create a summary PDF. These actions happen only when you choose them. The files are created on your device, and you decide where to save them using your device’s file options. We do not receive a copy. If you store a file in a cloud service or send it to someone, that service or person handles it under their own practices. These files can contain your private journal text, notes, and mood history, so please keep them somewhere safe.
6. Sharing
You can create monthly recaps, Year in Pixels images, streak cards, and Daily Spark cards. These images are created on your device. The shareable visual summaries do not include your private notes, journal text, or tags. Sharing happens only when you choose to do it, through your device’s share menu. You decide who receives an image, and what happens to it afterwards depends on the app or person you share it with. We do not receive a copy.
7. Sounds and Audio
The App plays sounds such as white noise, pink noise, brown noise, and ocean sounds, and a sleep timer can fade them out gradually. The App plays audio for you to listen to. It does not record audio and does not access your microphone.
8. Permissions
Feelflex asks for a permission only for the feature that needs it. It does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or phone identity. You can withdraw any permission at any time from your device’s settings.
9. Advertising, Analytics and Tracking
The App does not use advertising identifiers, user tracking, or analytics services that collect personal information, and it does not build profiles of its users.
10. Third-Party Services
The App does not share information with any third party. Flex Coach is a built-in guide inside the App. It is not a person or an AI system, and it does not send your information anywhere. Please note that Google Play, the platform through which you may download the App, has its own privacy practices. We encourage you to review the Google Privacy Policy.
11. Wellbeing Notice
Feelflex is a self-care and habit-tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. Mood insights and suggestions reflect only what you have recorded and are for personal reflection. If you feel unsafe or are experiencing a crisis, please contact your local emergency services or someone you trust.
12. Children’s Privacy
Feelflex is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you are a parent or guardian and have concerns, please contact us and we will address them promptly.
13. Data Security
Since the App does not collect or transmit your personal information, there is no personal data held by us that could be exposed. Data stored by the App is kept in its private storage area on your device and is protected by your device’s own security features, such as the screen lock, and by the App’s PIN lock if you turn it on. Files you back up, export, or share leave the App’s protection, so please handle them carefully.
14. Your Rights and Choices
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on our side. You are in control of your data. You can edit or delete entries in the App, remove all data the App has stored on your device by clearing its storage or uninstalling it, and delete any backup or export files you created using your device’s file manager.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we add new features. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We recommend checking this page periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
