You can ask us to delete your account at any time, from inside the app or from
this page. You do not need to have the app installed.
What deletion does
Everything that identifies you is permanently erased:
your name
your mobile number
your email address
your roll number
your profile picture
your password
Your account can never be signed into again. This cannot be undone.
One thing is kept, and we would rather tell you than not.
Your test results stay in the system with your name removed. They form part of your class's
averages and your teacher's reports, and removing them would silently change figures other
students and staff rely on. Once your account is deleted, those results are no longer connected
to you and cannot be traced back to you through the app.
From inside the app
Open DiplomaStrat and sign in.
Go to My Profile.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
Confirm. We will action it within 30 days, usually sooner.

If you cannot open the app, email us and we will do it for you.
Send an email to contact@diplomastrat.com
with the subject Delete my DiplomaStrat account, from the email address on your
account if you have one, and include:
the mobile number you sign in with
your name as it appears in the app
your college, if you were enrolled by one
We will confirm your identity before deleting anything — this is to stop somebody else
deleting your account — and then action it within 30 days. We will email you when it is done.
If you change your mind
A request can be withdrawn while it is still open: reopen the app, go to My
Profile, and tap Withdraw request. Once the deletion has been carried
out it cannot be reversed.
